Non-Citizens were Being Allowed to Vote in Philadelphia and the local government didn’t care, something is seriously wrong with them.
If this was allowed in Philadelphia, then how many other places do you think that it was also happening. This is the type of voter fraud that needs to be stopped, the people involved punished and held accountable.
