12 Egg Breakfast with a Twist

  • 12 - Eggs

  • 1/2 Cup - Broccoli - You can substitute Colliflower

  • 6 - Bacon Strips - You can Substitute Sausage

  • Salt - To taste

  • Pepper - To taste

  • 1 Cup - Milk or Half and Half

  • 6 Stocks - Chives


  • In a mixing bowl, combine the eggs with the Milk or Half and half, mix them together.
  • Take your cauliflower or broccoli and grate them. Put these into the mixing bowl and mixed it in.
  • Cook the Bacon or Sausage. When cooked, chop it up into small pieces.
  • Chop the Chives into small pieces, put them into the mixing bowl and mix them in.
  • Preheat the Oven to 350 degrees
  • Get your cookie sheet and use butter or oil on the bottom.
  • Once all your ingredients are thoroughly mixed together, poor the mixture onto the sheet. Place in oven.
  • Cook time is approximately 18 to 24 minutes
  • Remove from the oven
  • Cut it into squares or slices and serve
